Discover by bike the geology of the island. Visit the ‘Furnas do Enxofre’ the most important fumarolic field on Terceira island and the volcanic pit ‘Algar do Carvão’.
Visit as well the lava tube ‘Gruta do Natal’ (entrance in both caves +12€).
Take a look over the trachytic domes of the Black mysteries and ride in between Criptomerias Japonicas, Hydrangeas and azaleas.

Bring: Cycling gear or comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes, raincoat, water (1l) and a small backpack
